My name Is Wil Allen my candidate number is 2006. I do As media, I really enjoy different media, My favourite form of media is music, I got an A star in music in GCSE, so from then I realised that I am more of creative person instead of an academic person. I didn't chose media in GCSE, which is a big regret I have as what I have done this year in our practical work, despite being stressfull in the production process has been brilliant to work as a group to produce this opening title sequence we have all worked hard on. As music is something I enjoy doing, word up studios and I thought it would be good to compose our own soundtrack, and to make it original, and I can definetly I looked into areas of music that I have not ever considered. composing the soundtrack was my main role in out practical which you can watch above, however I was in charge of props and costumes.

This Is our continuity task, which I produced with Adam Anderson and Jude Clark. This was my first time produced a short film/film general, I wanted to write the own soundtrack, it was only a rough piece that I composed as I wanted to test out using our own music in a film, so I could be prepared for when I began writing the soundtrack for our final production. This practical was to produce a short film using the 180 degree rule, and the continuity task. However to make it more intersting and give us a direction on where to go and what to do, our teatcher told us to make it a film noir/neo noir and based on fairy tale story We descided to do hansel and gretel as we wanted to do a different fairy tale to everyone else, as alot of people were doing cinderella and red riding hood, But Jack and Fabian group and my group didn't chose red riding hood as we knew we were going to do it as our final production.
